Sasangir National Park will be closed from 15th June to 15th October every year.
100% bookings for Sasangir safaris are done online through the website www. https://girlion.gujarat.gov.in/ . We would not be able to help if the safari is not booked in advance. Guests ID proof is required for safari bookings.
In the event on any amendment in local Government taxes, or any fuel hike, we reserve the right to adjust the tour price accordingly.
Kindly note, the names of hotels mentioned above only indicate that our rates have been based on usage of these hotels. It is not to be construed that accommodation is confirmed at these hotels until and unless we convey the confirmations to you on receipt of your acceptance. However, in the event of any of the above-mentioned hotels not becoming available at the time of initiating the reservations, we shall book alternate accommodation at a similar or next best available hotel and shall pass on the difference of rates (supplement/reduction whatever applicable) to you.
Also, kindly note – Do not treat quotation mail as confirmation of booking, as we are not holding any booking at the time of quotation, price and services can be changed at the time of confirmation. Confirmation of bookings is only based on written communications.

If You Cancel Your Holiday
You or any member of your party may cancel your travel arrangements at any time. Written notification or an e-mail from the person who made the booking must be received at our office. Cancellation charges will apply as per our published cancellation policy.

If We Change or Cancel Your Holiday
We plan all arrangements well in advance, so changes are unlikely. However, we reserve the right to make changes to your travel arrangements at any time. If changes are necessary, we will notify you at the earliest possible date.

We also reserve the right to cancel your travel arrangements, giving reasons where applicable.

If we are unable to provide the booked travel arrangements due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., bad weather):

If the tour has not yet commenced, we will try to offer alternative dates.
If the tour has already commenced, we will refund the booking price/fee on a pro-rata basis, depending on the portion of the tour you have utilized.
In all cases, our liability is limited to refunding the amount you paid for the tour.

If You Want to Change Your Holiday Plan
After confirmation of services, if you wish to make any changes to your travel arrangements (e.g., departure date or accommodation), we will do our utmost to accommodate your request. However, changes may not always be possible. All requests must be submitted in writing by the person who made the booking. Any costs incurred due to amendments will be borne by you.

If You Have a Complaint
If you encounter any problems during your holiday, please inform the relevant supplier (e.g., hotel, transporter) or our representative immediately, who will endeavor to resolve the issue.

If the complaint is not resolved locally, please write to us within 28 days of your return, including your booking reference and all relevant details. While we will assist in addressing your complaint, our role is limited to coordinating with the respective service provider. All third-party service providers are independent and operate outside our control.

Booking Vouchers and Tickets
All booking vouchers and tickets will be provided at least 3 days before departure.
